ACI's Online Payment Solution provides your customers with an easy and safe way to pay your invoices online with a valid credit card. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are supported in our system. Your customers will receive online and e-mail verification for each successful payment they complete. The Online Payment Solution is quick and easy to use and your customers will never need to write a check again.

Your Experience:

You will in turn receive an e-mail notification for each successful payment made through your website as well as have access to administrative reports where you can view all your transactions, search for specific payments by name and date range, and export this information to Microsoft Excel. You will also have the ability to issue credits and refunds as necessary for your customers. So convenient and easy, what are you waiting for?

Base Package:

For the low cost of $2,890 you can purchase the base package of our Online Payment Solution. And remember you can recoup your setup expenses quickly by adding a small percentage fee onto all of your customers' online payments.

The base package includes:

  • A training session at ACI headquarters in Blacksburg, Virginia on how to use and manage your Online Payment Solution.
  • Basic design to match your current website. *
  • An online form for your customers to enter their payment and personal information.
  • A secure location for your customers to enter their credit card information.
  • Credit card validation and verification.
  • E-mail notifications sent to you and your customers for all successfully completed payments.
  • Administrative area to view reports by date, customer name and the ability to export this information into Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to make payments active and inactive making your administrative area easier to manage.
  • Ability to process credits and refunds as necessary.
  • Creation of a new account in ACI's own e-commerce solution e-Merchant. **

* If you do not have a website, we can design one for you, but you are not eligible for the base package rate.

** There is a $20.00 monthly hosting fee associated with the use of e-Merchant and a $0.35 per transaction fee.
