Alliant Tech Systems was spinning up their new TNT production line, with four global offices that needed to bring up a new production line in record time.

Alliant TNT needed a secure, centralized location to manage meeting schedules, share corporate documents, and display employee phone listings. Employees, along with external partners, were collaborating across two U.S.  time zones, plus Poland.  All parties needed a central, web-accessible repository to manage their fast-paced project.

Solution:
ACI created a secure web portal with an interactive calendar, a document management system, and a structured employee directory with photo upload capabilities.

Now Alliant TNT employees, partner companies and military representatives can log in and easily share documents via the website, manage their meeting schedules, and review important updates relevant to their committee or workgroup.
